In March 2024, Tim Peacock joined the team at Hudson Lambert Parrott. Tim's practice encompasses various client issues, notably transportation litigation involving employers and company drivers, as well as premises liability claims such as dram shop actions, slip-and-fall defense, and dog bite defense. With over 50 mediations under his belt, Tim values the closure that alternative dispute resolution offers in legal cases. He has also effectively presented arguments in numerous motions at the trial court level. Outside of work, Tim relishes spending quality time with his lovely wife and lively daughter, exploring his culinary skills, and embarking on adventures both within our state and beyond.
