Emma K. Greer

Mrs. Greer centers her practice on commercial litigation, with a primary focus on construction litigation. Her litigation experience includes representation of owners, general contractors, and subcontractors in contract, construction defect, delay, defaults, and payment disputes.
Prior to joining Hudson Lambert Parrott, Mrs. Greer gained experience in commerciallitigation and transactions with a focus in the transportation industry. She has represented clients in all aspects of commercial litigation in addition tomatters involving transactions and corporate governance.
Mrs. Greer earned her B.A., summa cum laude, from Georgia State University and her J.D., summa cum laude, from Georgia State University College of Law, where she was inducted into the Order of the Coif
