Dana Chaaban

Ms. Chaaban focuses her practice on commercial, construction and insurance litigation. She has successfully represented owners, developers, contractors, material suppliers, design professionals and carriers in disputes involving construction defect claims, delay claims, construction lien and insurance issues, and contract disputes in numerous multi-million-dollar claims.
Ms. Chaaban graduated magna cum laude from Florida International University College of Law. While in law school, she served as a Judicial Extern for the former Chief Justice R. Fred Lewis of the Florida Supreme Court and the Honorable Justice Barbara Lagoa, then a judge on Florida’s Third District Court of Appeal and now a judge with the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. Dana also served as an adjunct professor at Florida International University’s College of Law, where she taught upper-level legal writing.
