Cory Takeuchi

Mr. Takeuchi focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation, with a particular emphasis on construction law and litigation, corporate governance disputes, business torts, and employment litigation.
Mr. Takeuchi represents clients in state and federal courts, and before arbitration panels throughout the United States. His litigation experience includes representing owners, general contractors and subcontractors on both private and government projects in connection with a broad range of construction disputes, including breach of contract, negligence and fraud claims, construction defect and delay claims, defective design and defective materials claims, lien claims, and fraudulent transfer actions.
Mr. Takeuchi also frequently represents corporate officers and directors facing breach of fiduciary duty and business tort claims, as well as businesses and employers in federal and state litigation matters involving employment discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims.
Prior to joining Hudson Lambert Parrott, Mr. Takeuchi gained a wide variety of litigation experience as an associate in the Complex Litigation, Investigation and White Collar Defense departments of a multi-national law firm. In addition, prior to entering the practice of law, Mr. Takeuchi spent several years teaching English to junior high school students in rural Japan.
