Alexander J. Bell

Mr. Bell focuses his practice on commercial litigation with an emphasis on the construction industry. His litigation experience includes disputes concerning construction defects, contract disputes, and fraudulent misrepresentation in both state and federal court. He has defended clients in disputes with the federal government from claims under the False Claims Act as well as representing clients in disputes with state and local governments on a number of large projects.
Prior to joining Hudson Lambert Parrott, Mr. Bell practiced at a large general litigation firm with a focus on torts, employment litigation, and personal injury. His work involved him in every aspect of litigation, including arguing before the Illinois Court of Appeals.
